Dr. Burnstine is one of the most compassionate, caring, kind, and thorough surgeons I know, and I'm an ER nurse, so I've met plenty! From the first consult to the day of surgery and follow-up visits, Dr. Burnstine's highest priorities were giving me the most aesthetically pleasing results, making sure that I understood the process, and alleviating any fears I had. He always responded to my questions promptly, which was much appreciated. My only regret is not doing it sooner! I had bilateral ptosis repair with upper and lower blepharoplasty in December 2017. If you've been considering eyelid surgery, go see Dr. Burnstine, I promise you'll be glad you did!
Dr. Burnstine was recommended highly by my PCP. My experience was positive, professional and with a good outcome. The first visit it seemed very busy but when they did the procedure on my eyes and all other visits, the office has been serene and quiet. Dr Burnstine is very personable and interested in his patients being happy and satisfied with his work. He takes time with his patients.
Dr. Burnstine is a very kind and empathetic. He did an outstanding job on my eye lid lift. He is very friendly and sincerely cares about what you want to get out of your procedure. He makes suggestions, but understands and doesn't pressure you to go through any procedure you aren't comfortable with. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Burnstine came highly recommended by my trusted family Ophthalmologist, Dr. Bhandarkar, to remove a lump on the inner edge of my left eye. And, during my first visit, Dr. Burnstine noticed that there was another issue with both my eye lids that really needed attention. After testing my vision to verify this condition, Dr. Burnstine got my insurance to confirm coverage for the surgery needed. This was great news and an in-office surgical appointment was made. Everything went very well and I'm very pleased with the results. Besides being an excellent physician, Dr. Burnstine has a wonderful personality, is terrific at explaining the diagnosis and the procedures, and is especially good at soothing any patient's fears or concerns.
I am so grateful to my optometrist for referring me to Dr. Burnstine for eye surgery. From my first step into his Pasadena office, I was impressed by the pleasant environment and the extra-special staff. Everyone was so nice and very efficient. Dr. Burnstine was relaxed and made me feel so comfortable. He explained the procedure and I was sure I was in the right place. All went well and I discovered that Dr. Burnstine also has a very nice sense of humor. I would certainly go back to him in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him. Overall, a good experience
Dr Burnstine was very kind , engaging and attentive. He did a great job removing a questionable spot from my upper eyelid and then called me personally with the results of the path report within the week. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of an eye specialist.
Our experience with Dr. Bernstein as my grandmother's surgeon and pre/post consultations were excellent!
Dr. Burnstine is one of those rare doctors who are personable and approachable. He also shows lots of empathy and quality care for his patients. He actually takes his time with his patients, offers thorough explanations and answers questions. His humor also adds to the experience! The office staff are nice and helpful too. I highly recommend him.
I was referred to Dr. Burnstine by Dr. David Richardson, my ophthalmologist, for removal of a lesion on my inner eyelid. Dr. Burnstine was very professional, caring, and answered all my questions about the procedure. The surgery went very well and my results were excellent. The office staff were all very professional and efficient, and their office is comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend Dr. Burnstine and Eyesthetica.
