Dr. Chung was so kind and insightful and took his time answering all of my questions. The front desk staff took such good care of me and went above and beyond to help me find the right glasses for my insurance, etc. I am happy to be a patient here and would recommend them to a friend.

I have gone to Dr. Chung for 9 years. I put up with the new staff in order to see him as he is knowledgeable and professional. Some of the staff act like desperate cheap sales people trying to up sell. Even though they are an in network provider with my insurance, they charged me the full fee up front and kept the insurance $ without telling me! When l called they said l would have a credit and begrudgingly said they would send me what my insurance paid them after l asked. I work in health care and know this practice of keeping my insurance $ is unethical and illegal as they are in network providers and also not allowed to make me pay the full fee.

I've been going here for the last two years and it is always a wonderful experience. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

Dr. Chung is a fantastic doctor. He seems truly invested in the eye health of his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Chung's for nearly 8 years. My eyes are considerably healthier -- they are less prone to redness, get more oxygen, and my prescription has been very stable. I credit him for this improvement because other doctors were reluctant to re-fit me for contact lenses. The type of lens I was using was antiquated, and not the best product available for my eyes. Dr. Chung made easy-to-implement recommendations like switching out my cleaning and storage solutions to preservative-free ones. He got me on better lenses, and in the last year I was able to switch to daily disposables -- which have been much, much better. He's thorough, respectful of your time, and very personable. His staff is knowledgeable, and I've never seen a better selection of eyeglass frames. I've really loved every pair of glasses I've ordered there. This is a really excellent practice -- I trust Dr. Chung and I trust his staff. They're wonderful.

I've been going to Dr. Chung for 5 years and absolutely love him. He's attentive and lovely to talk to. Every time I go in for a check up he's finding contacts that are more comfortable and allow more oxygen flow. He's also very aware of what insurance will cover and finds ways to maximize it. He saw me when I was pregnant and eased my mind that prescriptions do change sometimes during pregnancy. He's also very fast with appointments so you are in and out quickly.
