Well, here are some things that went wrong: I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 earlier the same day. When I got there, the receptionist could not find my appointment I had made just hours earlier, apparently never punching it in and then told me I was "lucky" they had an availability at 12:30. I don't know about you, but I don't consider myself lucky for getting to have the appointment I had already scheduled. I then had to wait about 30 mins before being seen. When I was seen the doctor (Katherine? Nguyen) was pretty cool. She told me she was going to give me antibiotics and steroids, but when I filled my prescription there were no steroids involved, which was confusing. So after my appointment the receptionist, with much trouble, was able to figure out how to charge me. But then he accidentally charged me twice, once for $90.34 (the actual cost of the appointment) and once for $9,034.00, just 100 times what I was supposed to be charged. So after a stressful week of phone calls between the company and my bank as well as a visit to my bank the charge was finally removed from my credit card - a 1 minute mistake resulting in a week of stress. So after all of this, the best that the manager I spoke with could do for me is to offer me some sunglasses at 50% off which, as she put it, would be at cost for the company. So for all of my trouble, stress, and time the best the company can offer me is something that is really no trouble for them at all. Once again, I don't know about you, but that is hardly flattering considering what it cost me. The only reason I wouldn't give 1 star is because I believe the majority of error was due to incompetence rather than malice.
