Not my experience but my mother's. This place, although offers great care, has an awful, AWFUL front desk staff. They NEVER answer the phone. Leave all the messages you want, they will never return your call. Be aware of a certain Barbara. Lady is so angry, I don't know why she's even working there. My mother went to pick up her glasses, and was told they would be left with Barbara. She gave my mother the worst attitude, and told her she didn't have them. Didn't even bother trying to find out what happened.
Most of their patients are elderly, and they deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Not answering the phone, and giving patients attitude just shows they don't care.
