MOSCOT Melrose Shop

The unique and beautiful store drew me in when I walked by on the sidewalk. Andy greeted me, told me about the 5 gen. of Moscot family who've ran this optic co. Their frames are truly something and the quality and timeless design are apparent. Andy offered to clean my glasses. He didn't want charge or receive any tip. He said being of service was the beauty of his job. I was very moved. He gave me a hug and I will be back in the very near future, since I was short of time today.

Andre and Mario at the Moscot Melrose location made this one of the best eyewear shopping experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, both of them were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely patient. They took their time, listened to what I was looking for, understood my style, and never once made me feel pressured to make a decision. Andre in particular made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. That kind of low-pressure, high-care energy is rare, and it made all the difference. If you're looking for a place where the staff actually gets you and treats the experience like a collaboration rather than a transaction, this is it. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this location. Tanya was honestly amazing/super friendly. She gave me honest recommendations for eyeglasses and helped me narrow things down without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed to buy. About the frames, so many beautiful styles, colors, and sizes. Plenty of options to everyone styles. I had gone to the location in Austin before this, and I wish they offered the same kind of customer experience. The difference here in LA was huge!!!. Tanya made the whole visit feel personal and genuinely enjoyable. I ended up buying my eyeglasses on the spot, and I'm so happy with them. 100% recommend this place!

I was getting so many advertisements on my social media for their eyewear, so I decided to check their store which is nearby my home. The store is beautiful, Mario is super helpful and helped me choosing the right shade & sunglasses. customer service is good . Quality looks good too.

I've been shopping with Moscot since 2018, but this was my first time visiting the Melrose location, and I'll definitely be coming back here from now on! The entire staff was super friendly, especially Joy, who helped me pick out new frames and made sure they fit perfectly. I recently needed a stronger prescription, and she guided me through choosing the right lenses, the whole process was quick and hassle-free.
