Oakley Vault

Two weeks after purchase, my glasses fell off my head. At the store, a woman who introduced herself as a manager but is actually just a salesperson refused to issue a refund and didn't even offer any discount. This is simply terrible customer service. Nothing bad about the brand itself, but the service at this store is awful--the staff behave terribly, raise their voices, and then just walk away. I hope my review helps management and that I receive some feedback regarding my complain

Don't expect the store to honor any online pricing , cause they will not !!! So save your money and shop elsewhere! They use the idea that if they have too measure for prescription it takes so much extra time that the prices are different.

Helpful staff met me. I was the only one shopping there so they should help me for some reason. They got glasses for all occasions. Clothes are more summer style. Long and short. Prices are both good and more ordinary shop price.

First time purchasing sunglasses from this store and I love all the selection they had. Super attentive, Amanda was very nice very friendly helped us a lot gave us a lot of choices to choose from telling us all the details about the sunglasses we wanted to buy. She was very helpful.

I've visited this Oakley store three times. The first time was great -- I bought the Splitshot and had a good experience. The second time, I bought two pairs. The one I tried on fit perfectly, and the male staff said he would give me a new one. But when I got home, it felt too big, and I started wondering if it was really new. I came back to exchange or return it, but the female staff bent the frame inward without asking me first, which made me uncomfortable. They also said I couldn't return it without the cleaning cloth, so I had to leave. I came back again and met the original male staff -- they were polite and helpful. Just want to say I really like Oakley, and I wasn't trying to take advantage of the BOGO 50% promo. I returned the full-price pair because it didn't feel right. I hope the customer service -- especially from the female staff -- can be more considerate.

David helped us out and gave us a great selection to choose from even in the discount area which is always a plus when you buying for a 11 year old definitely will be retiring for my future purchases
