Ocean and Land is AMAZING!!!! ALWAYS helpful! Even if there is one person on the floor busy with a client, they always grab another employee/owner from the back. Everyone is a team player. They are very patient and also offer suggestions! Prices are reasonable but its the customer service that keeps me coming back! Location could use some "personality" on the outside, other than that I LOVE the merchandise that they offer here!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I attempted to order sunglasses from this company. After placing my order I was sent an email asking to send my money to another PayPal account, and that there was an error. So I did. Then 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from anyone or had anything delivered. So I emailed them addressing the issue. Then I was told that my order had been canceled because of no response? Even though I responded to their email immediately in regards to changing the PayPal account that they wanted the money sent to, even sent them screenshots to prove it. Here comes the best part...they still had my money withdrawn from PayPal. So apparently if I would not have asked about my order, it would have just been canceled and they would have kept my money. So then instead of saying ok we will ship your order to you, they refunded my money and I received nothing. So if you want to run around and and jump through hoops to receive nothing, this is just the company for you! If you would like to place an order and receive a product, it might NOT be the right fit you.
