I first discovered Ocular Prosthetics, Inc. through their YouTube channel and Google reviews, and was immediately impressed. My eye surgeon gave me a list of ocularists he trusted, and although the local one was fully booked for months, he spoke very highly of the Haddads' practice. Even though it meant a two-hour drive, I knew it would be worth it -- and I'm so glad I made that decision. I was paired with Rick, and I couldn't be more grateful. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely comfortable with his professionalism, patience, and genuine empathy. He explains things clearly, has such gentle hands, and you can tell he truly loves his craft. His bedside manner is five-star, and working with him feels like working with a trusted friend. The results speak for themselves. My prosthesis is so natural that friends and family didn't even realize I had it in until I pointed it out -- many were moved to tears. It has given me back my confidence and allowed me to return to my normal routines feeling whole again. Rick is not only a skilled ocularist but a true artist. I highly recommend him and Ocular Prosthetics, Inc. -- even with the drive, it has been absolutely worth it.

I usually don't write reviews, but this one is a necessity! My experience with Ocular Prothesis was amazing from the time we walked into the time we left! The front desk was very welcoming and got us right into our room! Sara listen to our concerns and needs and the fitting of the prosthetic and the color was more than perfect! We fly from out of state to get the prosthetic which Sarah has fitted my son's eye for the last 6+ years and I would not choose anyone else! I have gone to other Ocular offices and had a more than desirable experience. I wish there was more than a five star because I'd give this company a 10 star!

We were recommended to go to Sarah after our son had his eye removed from Bilateral Retinoblastoma (eye cancer). With him being 8 years old and already having gone through so much in his life, we were just hoping for the easiest possible transition to a prosthetic and (hopefully) a cool eye that he could be proud of and walk around with confidence. What we got was so much more. First, Sarah had his eye ready in less than the usual amount of visits usually needed (we're from out of town, so she worked with us to provide a catered experience). This helped us significantly, because we were able to save on copay costs, drives & money to another state for visits, and having to take off work. She also stayed with us through every fear, scream, and fight he had when learning how to take out his conformer and place his new eye in. And, trust me, there were a lot of them. By the time we came to pick up his prosthetic, we were all completely blown away by how realistic his eye was. We couldn't even tell which one was the prosthetic! Everyone was crying, Sarah gave us a hug, and it was a core memory that our family will remember forever. We will never forget the compassion, care, and true desire for Sarah and her team to give our child (and others) the gift of confidence and belonging. What they're doing is more than creating prosthetics, they're restoring how people feel about themselves and it's changing their lives for the better. We're forever grateful for what they have done for our son.

My son got a new prosthetic eye done by Sarah at Ocular prosthetics. The results are amazing from the positioning to the coloration of the prosthetic. Thank you so much Sarah for your beautiful work and making my son look so good! So appreciative of your excellent work.

This place is not what it used to be. They made a prosthetic eye for my husband 5-6 years ago and it was perfect. Now, he was told he needed a new eye last year, and it's been bad all along. He had that last eye replaced and it's still bad, and bad as in outstanding bad. They don't listen to him, and I even went to a couple visits with him and witnessed the lack of attention. They just do whatever suits them. This is the last time we're trying to fix this issue with them. If they don't listen to you, you're wasting your time.

Sarah Haddad is an amazing artist! So nice and confident, she's made the process an easy, enjoyable experience. She made just the right adjustments to make my eye look perfect!

Ocular prosthetics is a great team. I would like to see more expression in the eyes they make, a little more liveliness to them. Better fit, shape and centered. The team at ocular prosthetic have been making my eye for over 35 years. Beverly did a phenomenal job when she used to make eyes.
