It was my first time getting glasses and Dr. Chiu was very thorough in explaining things at every step! With COVID, the whole office was kept very clean and wiped down so I felt very safe. She also helped explain the coverage I had to make sure I knew what I could get! Would recommend!

I had a great experience at Optometric EYEsite. Dr. Chiu is very knowledge, patient and professional. She was very thorough with the eye exam using her state of the art equipments and patiently answered all my questions. The office/clinic also has great selection of name brand frames and the staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me picking the right frames. I ended up getting two pair of glasses. Love them. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly atmosphere, very meticulous service, and thorough attention to details. I was well taken care of during the eye exam and was very satisfied with the outcome. I got my favorite pair of glasses upgraded! I look and feel much wiser after the visit.

Honestly, I'm blown away by Dr. Chiu and her team. I almost never review places and I had to go out of my way and literally reset my gmail password to use this abandoned email address to write this review- and I'm planning on copy/pasting this review on yelp as well lol I'm that impressed by them. First off, my insurance has been such a headache. With my work hours being reduced due to the COVID shutdown, I'm expecting to lose my healthcare soon. I thought I didn't have eye coverage, then I thought I did, then I cold-called a ton of optometrists (many of which were closed due to COVID) and was told by 2 offices that I actually didn't have coverage.... then I called my insurance ... .who also told me I didn't have coverage, despite showing eyecare benefits on my insurance portal.... It was all really annoying and I was feeling pretty defeated. And after I had already given up, Dr. Chiu's office called me back and told me they offered discount programs and were willing to call my insurance to figure out what was going on. An hour later, they called me back and told me i DID HAVE coverage after all... honestly I can go on and on about that whole thing, but it was really complicated. but after talking to 3 or 4 different optometrists, Optometric Eyesite was the only place that care enough to research thoroughly on my behalf. that ALONE would warrant enough praise for me to write this review... but it gets better: I showed up and was immediately impressed by their COVID precautions throughout the visit. I had some specific questions that came up during my eval and Dr Chiu answered all of them. I'm sure working in healthcare myself makes me hyperaware of how professionals deal with annoying patients (aka me), and Dr. Chiu was so patient- gave great patient education. Their selection of frames was great and they worked around my budget. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell at all. I had a pair of Chloe glasses at the time and was complaining about how they kept falling off my face over time. Dr. Chiu bent them to help tighten the fit and told me she'd do a more comprehensive adjustment when I came to pick up my new pair.. Finally, when i came to pick up my new glasses, Dr Chiu had her two cute dogs in the office to greet me haha and i brought my old glasses in and she did a closer look at them and decided she would ship them to an outside optician. I was surprised that she cared so much about my old frames, considering they were purchased from another optometrist. I was expecting a small bill from it, which would have been fair. A few days later, I got an email with photos of my fixed glasses and the office offered to ship them to me at their own cost! So she offered to fix my glasses herself, then sent them to an optician, then offered to ship it back to me all at no cost, without me asking. amazing! So honestly, I'm just absolutely blown away by their level of care and investment in their customers. I'd 100% recommend this office to anyone in the area... also the decor in the office is really cool and they gave me this really cute care package with my new glasses that had a lens spray and cleaning cloth

Dr. Chiu was pretty rude to me and gave me the wrong prescription. She just looked at my old pair of glasses and duplicated one eye to the other side, even though I told her that prescription was three years old and not very effective either. When I read the charts off she acted like I was lying and pretending not to be able to see them. Then she tried to sell me bedazzled overpriced frames even though I told her I didn't want anything with gems or Gucci. So I just asked for my prescription to get the lenses elsewhere and they didn't give me a PD. Only good part of this office was the receptionist, who was really nice and helpful. Update: Went to another business to get my prescription measured and I had to pay out if pocket because I wasted my insurance on Dr. Chiu, who charged well over twice as much for an exam where she measured nothing for me. They gave me a prescription that was over twice as strong and corrected my vision to 20/20, proving even more that Dr. Chiu is a lazy fraud. When I emailed her with my issue she told me my eyes changed that much over three months' time, it was my fault she gave me a fake prescription and she wouldn't refund anything.

I've experienced some dryness in my eyes for some time. Even with disposable contact lens, my eyes get dry and become uncomfortable. Dr. Chiu helped me find new contact lens that are more comfortable and enables me to use them for the whole day. She's clinically trained so she's able to treat some of your eye issues. She also has a dual doctoral degree in pharmacy as well. Make an appointment today. She gives you that extra care and one-on-one consultation.

I had eye exam with Dr. Chiu, she is very nice and professional! She answered all my questions with patience. The office is comfy and clean. Definitely will recommend to my friends.
