Dr Roxxane is very calm natured and very sweet.All the staffs are friendly. Dr Roxxane explains everything clearly and gives you suggestion on what you need to do and what's better.

Dr. De La Rosa was fantastic! She is friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and very, very thorough and detail-oriented. She really, really impressed me. I see a lot of doctors, and she is one of the best. Her staff (two very nice ladies) are friendly, positive, efficient, respectful, patient, and good listeners. Dr. De La Rosa takes my eye insurance, and her office is very, very close to my home. And she and I are both UCLA alumni. What a pleasure it was to be examined by her and helped by her staff!

Dr De La Rosa is great. One of their receptionists isn't exactly "on top of things" all the time. I've had to give her my email so she can email my prescription 3 times because she keeps writing down the spelling wrong (and the address is just my name which is on the form). Hasn't been the first time with her either... Other than that, Family Vision is great. Super fast.

Very nice staff, and explains things well before and after the appointment. My doctor is always very polite, explains all of the pros and cons of my current status.

Had a skateboarding accident and broke my glasses. I am an implant form MS and had no plan B. They were able to see me that Saturday as a walk in. I am pretty blind without my glasses. They were exceptionally understanding and thorough with the eye exam. The doctor even gave me drops that helped with my eyes watering in the Sun and in two days that alone has made a world of difference. No one ever recommend it before. They also helped me pick out two awesome pair of new glasses that have glare protection, for my heavy screen use. I am super excited to pick them up and have a back up pair just in case! Very family oriented and great at explaining what is going on with your eyes in terms that make sense to you! Dr. De La Rosa was amazing and she definitely listens to her clients.

I highly doubt these reviews are real...Worst experience ever... was told initially that it would be a week and a half for my glasses but usually only takes a week... so I'm like ok cool ... two weeks go by no call no update... I call them .. oh not ready yet I need a couple more days ... I said so basically another week ? She says "no" so forcefully I'm inclined to believe her... three weeks goes by... no call no updates... I go to the store and they have my glasses just sitting there on the counter not being worked on... 3 weeks guys 3 weeks and they haven't done anything !!!! What kind of business does this ... when j call I get excuses... as a consumer I do t care about your excuses I care about results and this place yielded no results ... if you like waiting weeks and weeks for your glasses while being fed a bunch of bs lies then yes this is the place for you !!

The one who did my eye checkup machingy was so professional. Really thorough and explained to me really well about my eyesight etc. I feel like she cared.

She is a very good optometrist.. great service. Very kind and she explains very well. No complaints.
