Came here to use my insurance before the end of the year. Met Torian (spell check) who was hip and stylish. He saw me looking at some Oliver People's and brought over a handful of other brands that matched my style. I ended up with one of his recommendations and couldn't be happier. He even stayed past closing time to help my wife pick out a pair of glasses. Great customer service and great person! I initially went to the Beverly Hills location but they were too busy and the space was way too small. Not to mention they don't let you try on glasses without their assistance.

Such an amazing selection! They really work with you to tell you how best to use your insurance too -- no upselling, just good advice! Highly recommend. I couldn't believe how patient they were as I tried on so many!

I checked out several stores before going with this one. Higher priced frames than my budget but worth it for the variety of frame designs and materials (more choices with nose pads). Some frames also customizable for color. Top notch customer service and the showroom itself is a peaceful respite from Brentwood chaos. They take VSP. Highly recommend if you have a plan with generous glasses credit.

Bought a pair prescription glasses from Tanya and Torian and few weeks ago. Tanya was very patient with me because I kept changing the shape of the lenses. Finally got the perfect shape! I also had broken my sunglasses which I just took in for them to fix, and they were extremely kind and diligent to fix them for me in less than a few hours! Highly recommend this place!

I had to swing by with an emergency issue. The woman I spoke with (sorry I don't recall your name, I was in a panic) was understanding and assisted me through my issue. It was a terrible time for me and she eased my pains.

My friend's dog chewed up my glasses while on vacation and I thought I wasn't going to have vision until I got back to Canada in a few days. Luckily I found this place and they were nice enough to fix my glasses so I could see for my last few days here. Thank you!

I came into Dr. Myles Zakheim's office to pick up a delivery & I took off my glasses & tried to hide them b/c I was embarrassed of my DIY taped up patchwork. Despite my attempt he had such sharp eyes that he eventually noticed & politely asked if he could see my glasses. He then went to the back & fixed it up in no time. Ironically my own optometrist tech told me my glasses were unrepairable & that I had to buy a new one. But not only did he fix it free of charge, it was the sheer fact that I wasn't even a customer & that he did it with such generosity which I believe truly is a reflection of character of the staff that work & operate behind the business. Such a humble & gracious guy. These days, times are tough & my financial situation has been hard. So I am forever grateful . Thank you!

I've been seeing Dr Zakheim since I was little. There's nobody else I will trust with my eyeballs. Easily the best optometrist I have ever come across and it's not even close. Knowledge wise and bedside manner, he's absolutely the best there is.
