Optometry Center

I recently visited this optometry clinic for a routine eye exam and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The optometrist was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The equipment was state-of-the-art, ensuring a comprehensive exam. I was also given several options for lenses and frames, with a great selection at reasonable prices. The value for what I received, especially considering the thoroughness of the exam and the variety of eyewear choices, was excellent. Highly recommend this place!

Nurses are sweet but Dr Daniel Tang is very unprofessional! My elderly mom has been waiting for 3 months for her pair of glasses and has called numerous times. Dr Daniel Tang once responded to her with "what do you want me to do? Call the jails and tell the prisoners to work on your glasses faster? It doesn't work that way". Very rude and not understanding at all. You could also tell that the staff there hate working with him (I've witnessed how rudely he treats them). This man needs to do some serious self reflecting and change his way of talking to people.

I had an amazing experience with the Optometry Center. As a new resident in LA, I was anxious about finding a good optometrist amongst the many options. I went with the Optometry Center and consider myself lucky They were very flexible with scheduling an appointment, and minimal wait time in reception. Dr. Tang was personable and evidently very well practiced and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for great eye care in the area.

I am not one to complain b/c the staff is amazing but I have been coming here for YEARSSS. Never have I ever heard my mother complain about her experience expect this time. My mother went to her appointment and waited 40 minutes in the waiting room, she was understanding that sometimes offices do get busy, but she was able to hear the doctor having a conversation with another patient about off topic subjects that had nothing to do with eye vision while her and other patients waited in the waiting room. My mother has never been one to complain about this office, but it was not a good experience for her today since she was going to the office with a concern for her eyes. Hope this will not happen again.

Service and friendliness at this place has really gone down hill. Long wait times off up to an hour or more even with appointment. None of the nurses are smiling or friendly they act like its a chore to take care of you. I will definitely not go back there ever again. There are places that are cleaner, friendlier and more affordable in South Pasadena.

Been coming here as a young kid and can never go elsewhere. I love it here! Doc is amazing and so are the staff the best thank you!!!

I never really give reviews but I felt this one was a must. Everyone in here is super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcomed and try to help you in their best capacity. Not to mention their prices are low and they hooked me up with an extra discount. 10/10

My wife and I have always had a good experience here. Dr Tang is knowledgeable, personable, and professional.
