This place is the worst!!! It really shows how they treat people with medi-cal vs those paying customers! 2 times they couldn't see me because of the authorization. The first time the autho had a expired. Ok my fault! I didn't noticed but this office doesn't verify their appts the day before to make sure everything is fine with the damn autho. The 2nd time the autho was missing some codes. Not my fault of course but still verify your the appointments the day before. Really!! How hard is it!! You don't waste your time or my time!! Oh and instead of helping you in a way where they can see you no, the manager tries to explain how the HMO insurance world works. I am very aware how it works. You gotta jump through hoops. But when there is an autho in place you know it has been approved & the codes will be added so just see. You will still get paid some how!! Well, I am sure not coming back & I'll make sure if anyone mentions this office to me I will say oh change it ASAP because they really suck balls!! I might be only one person & I might not make a huge difference but if I make 3 people not go to this office to give them their business that will suffice for me!

They take forever for everything!!! When i came to get my eyes checked it took 6 hours to wait! And i was attended for only 35 mins throughout those 6hrs -_- Now i came for my glasses and i have to wait like if i was getting checked again! Why cant people just come and pick up their glasses and leave?! Why wait for freaking hours?!

This is the slowest doctors office and there r all these technicians that don't have any answers for u. Just all the time saying " we'll be right with u." They're also not a helpful staff either. If u plan to go to this dr office plan to be there for 4 hours ir more.
