The staff is very unhelpful and they usually take around 7 weeks to get your contacts or glasses in. The Dr. is extremely nice and helpful, but the supporting operations are very poor.

I've been coming here for ages, but as of recently the staff have been sooooo baaad, I honestly don't know where they hire these people with such horrible customer service.... Don't go here, save your time, money, and energy.

I was so not looking forward to getting my eyes checked, but to my surprise I I waited there and and I got in pretty quick so and Dr Perez is at excellent doctor and they got fitted for contacts and I'm really really happy it wasn't that bad...

Dr. Lopez told me I had a 30 day warranty & when i called them 3 weeks after they said I had 2 pay 150$ 4 another pair smh. They shouldve passed me the phone 2 him 2 see why he lied 2 me. Had 2 ask them how 2 clean the glasses.
