This happened like a year ago, but I just remembered and I'm still very salty about it. Worst eye exam ever. I had my eyes dialated and sat in a room for over an hour. They sent me home and said to return the next day. The next day a different doctor said they had to do everything over. They deliberately billed my insurance twice. Completely terrible. I had to argue with my insurance.
Waste of my time and my money.

i had a terrible experience at this office. my appointment was for 12:40 and i did not leave till 4:00. the whole process was horrible and the receptionists were the worst. they were rude and very unprofessional, talking loudly in front of patients. the selection of frames was very limited. they only called me once to let me know my glasses were ready and since i missed the call, they never called back, i had to call them.

Great service! Always there in case of emergency. My contacts ripped, I came in and they gave me a free pair close to my prescription. Wish the front desk was more kind but the rest are amazing.

Terrible service, they lack communication with patients and they take forever to see you. I went to pick up my glasses yesterday and they were closed early. Apparently they didn't have a doctor working. How can you not have a doctor there, so I was told they sent everyone home. The lady that was there told me she couldn't give me my glasses although she worked there?? I don't understand the lack of communication, slow service, and lack of organization. I believe we will be switching optometrists.

Nothing to do with they used to be. I took my brother there first time took six hours to see the dr. After he saw the doctor they make another apoiment for him. Then when he show there they said you dont hae any appoiment and why are you seeing another dr. So I show them the card whit the date. However we decide to leave. There was a pacient that was caming from Culver City and they were cancel the apoiment 3 times

My mother got referred to them from her nursing home she could not see a thing they did an eye exam and made an appointment for surgery a week later first on one eye and two weeks later on the other one with no complications on either eye quick and easy and painless and she was able to see for the final months of her life before she passed away i thank dr brian chen for making it possible giving her sight back even for the little bit of time she had left if you or your loved one needs to get their sight back hes definetely the go to doctor
