Amazing staff, the doctor is a wonderful lady who explained the whole process to me in detail, I was a walk in and within five minutes she was already checking my eyes. Wonderful customer service from the staff, very patient and funny. They helped me pick out which frames looked best and made the whole buying experience fun. Not to mention the great deals they have going on. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, this location of Sears Optical is closing in February so I must go to the Target Optical, which has worst service than this one. I will miss this location due to the good service I've received, however I won't miss the doctor they use. She is often absentminded and speaks with a condescending tone. She doesn't want to improve your situation and says anything to get you out, what kind of eye doctor is that? Luckily, I have Kaiser so I'll return to using a optometrist who actually gives a care.

Came to this office for an eye exam and the Optometrist (Dr. Narda Sanchez)and her Staff could not find our insurance in their system and wanted us to pay for the exam. Therefore, having your insurance card on hand and just because their being part of the Aetna network doesn't guarantee they will help you. Come here at your own risk.

After searching through the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Mall for about an hour to no success I had almost lost all hope.
Was it luck or sheer good fortune that on my long walk home and deep within a slouch over a pouty falling lip that were bracing for the inevitable tears that were sure to follow once I made it outside and had to brave through the rest of the day and the light the sun shed on me naked on my eyes that I ran into Sears and thought I should see if the fine people there might not find pitty on me and resurrect my broken Prada shades.
It turns out that only after waiting for a couple minutes inside of a polarized segment of the department store that specializes in eyewear that I found myself again walking out but this time with a smile on my face and forever gratitude to the folks working in that segment who saved the day.
Osvi was the man to thank with the steady hand in putting my shades back in one piece.
Oh yeah and guess what he charged me for the time and two screws he used to spend his on fixing my designer shades...
