Came here for my child wanting Dreamlens instead of glasses due to team sports activity. Excellent analysis by OD who is pioneer in this type of lens option. He has decades of experience samenwith all the staff here. This place been around many decades and all brand names are readily available including some rare handmade acetate frames.

This place is terrible. I came here on two separate occasions a few years apart to shop for new glasses. I remembered they were rude during my first visit here, but I figured I'd give them a second chance. There was a sign at the door restricting the number of customers in the store due to COVID. So I waited outside for someone to come assist me, as the sign on the door instructed. This took about 15 minutes. This female employee finally came to the door and asked me what I needed. I showed her a picture of my old glasses that I liked and asked if they had a similar frame. In response, she asked me what brand the frame is from, and I said I don't know. She then said to me in Korean, then how am I supposed to find something like that for you? You can come in and see if there's anything similar for yourself. I should've left right then and there but I had already waited this long I figured I would just take a look. My mistake. When we went inside the store, this older male employee stood in front of us cleaning some glasses but acted as if we weren't right in front of him waiting for help. I apologized for interrupting him while he's busy, showed him my old glasses, and asked if he could show me something similar. All he said was, we don't have anything like that. My old glasses were just plain black, plastic frames with nose pads... how do you not carry something at least similar? I left immediately after. This place has terrible customer service and they make it obvious they don't want your money. Don't waste your time.

Unbelievably poor customer service and a very unprofessional group of people. I went on a Saturday morning all the way from Irvine and they said their regular doctor was on holiday so I waited an hour and a half for the alternate doctor to arrive, despite their initial estimate. The exam itself was fine, but afterwards the guy with glasses who took the order was pretty rude and dismissive of the brand that I wanted because he wanted to sell the most expensive one. I ordered double the usual amount and paid $390 and he didn't even have it in stock. They said it would ship within a week, but a MONTH later, it still didn't arrive. When we called, they said sorry, they forgot to place the order in the first place. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, because mistakes can happen, so the lady said she'd ship it that day and it would arrive by Monday at the latest (2 days later). Monday passed, and then Tuesday, and Wednesday I called again. They were patronizing and promised it was shipped over the weekend, and that this happened to a lot of people so I had to be patient. Meanwhile I'm getting migraines because I'm wearing old prescriptions that don't fit my vision anymore while waiting for this to arrive. So finally, 5 weeks after my initial appointment, I got the contacts on Saturday, and it turns out the second lady lied because the date on the box said it was shipped on the day of the second time I called. I don't recommend this place at all. They're a rude and unprofessional bunch of liars.

They were kind as my experience. I brought my own glasses n asked for them to change the lenses only. It took 3days, n I paid 80bucks.

Horrible service! The doctor has the worst attitude. I went there the check my eyes because i felt like my eye sight got worse since i cant see with the lenses im using, but he tells me it got better. Explains why with worst attitude. Dont go there. Waste of time and money

The process to choose glasses and exam was smooth. Two weeks later I could get perfect, new glasses, which met all my expectations.
