I have been coming to this office for over four years and I am consistently impressed every single visit. The decor is always beautifully curated and their frame selection stays current with the latest trends each year! It truly makes the experience feel both stylish and modern. The doctor is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced, taking the time to ensure quality care. The staff is very professional and their attention to detail is truly outstanding. They provide some of the best service in a medical office!

I have been coming to this office for almost 40 years and started with Dr. Romeo Garza who was an amazing doctor! I have never had a bad experience. Today, I was seen by Dr. Vargas. I am usually seen by Dr. Canlas, so I was a little hesitant about seeing a new doctor. However, it turned out to be a really good experience. She is very thorough and takes her time reviewing your file and understanding your needs when it comes to your eyes. I am very happy with my visit.

Dr. Canlas and her staff are fantastic - I always feel well taken care of when I have my annual appointment. Dr. Canlas has always thoroughly answered all my questions and takes the time to review any concerns I have. Her staff is always super nice during all the tests at the start, and were incredibly patient with me as I (unsuccessfully) tried putting contacts in for the first time!

The smell!! dog pee, smell when you walk in what is that all about and how come no one else mentions it in the reviews. I even had a friend of mine walking anonymously before I went in the second time to see if it was me or not, and he came right back out, saying it was unbearable. In any case, this review is meant to be respectful and constructive I hope. I generally try to be positive and promote businesses, especially locally in my neighborhood of over 20 years. However, I'm reading these reviews and I cannot believe for a moment that no one, not even one single person mentions the smell when you walk into that office. The doctor care was great and the doctor was very attentive and I truly enjoyed her, but I will not go back. I felt the staff and the ladies to be fairly cold and only about money and insurance coverage from the moment I walked in. I played the game and played overly nice and even decided to go back a second time so that I could pick up the glasses, but I will not go back. It was an OK experience, but that smell of dog urine has got to go. You need to do something about it. It is putrid and foul. It is amazing to me that no one mentions it. I'm not upset just found the experience to be mediocre even though the doctor was great. That's just my honest opinion for constructive criticism and hopefully improvement. Beyond the smell, which was so difficult to bear to the point where I felt nauseous on the way out, the staff really needs some sensitivity and Customer Service training. Not impressed. But again, the doctor care was great no complaints on that side. I hope this is constructive. Thank you.

They took me last min for an emergency, and actually picked up the phone. I haven't experienced this kind of service since the '90s. Dr. Canlas is friendly, smart, knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. Highly recommend and I can't say that for most medical practices these days.

Great place! All their equipment and tools are pretty modern; I've felt heard of and taken care of the last couple of years here. I'm usually in and out of in less than an hour. Extra perk is the parking lot in the back!

I've been coming to this optometry clinic for the past 7 years, and Dr. Canlas is excellent. She is friendly, professional, and explains things in a clear and understanding way. They have a great selection of frames and sunglasses, and have parking available in the back! The staff is helpful and explains benefits up front!

Dr. Canlas and her team are always nice and take such good care of my eyes and me. They answer all of my questions and explain everything to me. 100% recommend!
