I had a great experience here! The office is nice, clean and smells great.
All staffs are extremely nice and welcoming. I was in a rush to get out of the door and they were able to accommodate me and still be very throughout and sincere. Would definitely recommend Dr. Matsuda to anyone who is looking for a new optometrist.

I would recommend Dr. Matsuda and her staff. She has been providing my eye care for 20 plus years. She is so amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. I needed contacts before leaving for a work trip and started calling around local optometrists in the 90015 area. Total Vision was #5 on my list (no ranking order), but they were the only office that actually answered and called me back!
From the start, the woman on the phone was so sweet, she checked that my insurance was accepted and even texted me the exact location and parking info they validate for, which made getting there super easy. I was able to get an appointment later that same day!
The gentleman who helped with my pre-screening was kind and helpful, and the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable. She set me up with trial contacts that were moisturizing and comfortable. When it came time to check out, the closer was also friendly and efficient, helping me get a 30-day supply right away.
Overall, the whole team made the experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. I'll definitely be back for glasses in the future!
