This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The front desk staff are extremely tactless and clearly do not care about your condition or your health. It is impossible to get even a simple referral to other specialists -- they say one thing and do something completely different.
Because of them, I had to go to CVS Pharmacy three times while being sick just to get my medications. Each time CVS said they never received anything from the clinic. Then you call the hospital again, ask them to send it, and they just keep lying to you.
Never deal with doctors at this hospital if you don't want problems, especially Dr. Manasian.
The entire staff are kind and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond. I could not be more satisfied with the care they've provided me.
Tri-state is the best. Very helpful, fast and reliable. I couldn't ask for a better health care company to work with. Thank you guys/lady's for doing what you do.
Clinic helped me find access to biological identical Menopause Hormones Therapy covered by Medi-Cal. So important for 35 year old Native Americans, Blacks and non-Hispanic white women to know they enter **perimenopause earlier** and doctors are not trained to know these nuances. Read "The New Menopause by Mary Clair Haver MD." Then book an appointment with Tiffany Camille Ruiz at the women's clinic 222 Eulalia St Glendale CA 91204.Sex Medicine-Biological testosterone is available but not covered by Medi-Cal for HSDD hypoactive sexual desire disorder HSDD. Writing to your senator and requesting equal access to biological testosterone for sexual dysfunction is key. If men get their sexual dysfunction medications covered by Medi-Cal so should women.

If you ever find yourself in need of a referral, save yourself the emotional damage and just go to med school -- you'll become a doctor and treat yourself faster than this office will lift a finger.
I've spent months trying to get a basic referral, and it's been nothing but confusion, gaslighting, and outright disrespect from Caryle Andrews and Edna. The referral coordinators clearly have no idea what they're doing, and when you advocate for yourself, they talk down to you like you're the problem -- even going as far as making inappropriate comments about mental health. Wild.
There's no accountability, no follow-through, and absolutely no urgency when it comes to patient care. I've had to call my insurance myself, find in-network providers myself, and basically coach the referral team on how to do their jobs -- and still got nowhere.
If you're chronically ill, neurodivergent, or simply need care that involves anything more than a routine checkup, this is the last place you should trust with your health.
Run, don't walk -- straight to a provider who knows how to do their job, because in my experience, Caryle will likely expect you to do hers for her.

If you need a specialist referral, prepare for a long and frustrating wait. I've been trying to get an authorization for a lumbar spine specialist for over 7 weeks -- still nothing. Despite multiple follow-ups, promises of a call back "by the end of the day" never materialized. I was even told the issue would be "personally" handled before 5pm -- that was weeks ago. The communication and follow-through are deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, the system they have in place for referrals is disorganized and inefficient. I genuinely hope others have a better experience, but I personally cannot recommend this office. Time to depart and look for a new place, I'm done.
I would strongly advise anyone to AVOID this office at all costs!
This is my first negative review in 35 years, but my experience with the doctor's office at Tri-State Community Center was so appalling that I can't stay silent.
I requested a referral more than 3 weeks before my appointment, and was told several times the coordinator was working on it.
I called the office coordinator Melanie every single day for two weeks for an update, but never received a call back from her explaining the status. The day before my appointment an office assistant admitted they never submitted the referral. This level of neglect and complete unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.
I filed a grievance with my healthcare provider but that won't fix this issue. The office staff working at Tri-State have no business working in healthcare.
This business was awesome, everybody who I interacted with was really pleasant. There was smokes and laughter and at the same time absolute confidence in there attitude. I was at ease with then all. All ladies there knew there job and knew how to perform there job. I give them all a thumbs up . The only thing is I had to bring my own lollipop becayse they don't give then no more. Lol inside joke
