I had a wonderful experience at Village Eyes Optometry. Dr. Weiss and the staff are super friendly and very professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Berenice is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about my insurance and costs and made everything easy to understand. I am new to Westwood and I can see why they are so highly recommended. Thank you again Berenice! I cannot thank you enough for your patience, your understanding, and your care. I was feeling so lost and you made everything so simple. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at this ophthalmology office from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly warm and welcoming, and even offered me water while I waited, which was such a thoughtful touch. Anna, the technician, was extremely professional and communicative, explaining each test clearly and making me feel completely at ease. Dr. Weiss truly went above and beyond--taking the time to thoroughly explain my vision, prescription, and all of my options so I felt informed and confident in my care. I highly recommend this office for their exceptional service and patient-centered approach.

My wife and I were looking for a good optometrist in San Diego since our previous optometrist was retired. My daughter and son-in-law recommended Dr. Bahareh Golbahar, OD with Village Eyes Optometry (VEO) in Los Angeles since they were both extremely happy with her work and bedside manner. We called the VEO office and made appointments to see Dr. Golbahar and the receptionists, Christine and Felicia were very nice and friendly. They also e-mailed us the new patient's forms so we were able to fill them out in advance and this was a big help. The VEO accepts VSP insurance. My wife and I went to Village Eyes Optometry a few days ago and we both had an extremely great experience. The office is located in Westwood Village close to UCLA campus and it is very nice and clean and provides a good selection of frames to choose from. We first were seen by Dr. Golbahar's assistants for the preliminary exam and tests and they were extremely nice, friendly and courteous. Next, we saw Dr. Golbahar and we were both impressed with her. She was extremely nice, friendly, professional, courteous and with great bedside manner. Dr. Golbahar performed through eye examinations and spent sufficient time with each of us and explained our eyes conditions and test results. We felt very comfortable with her and were extremely happy with our choice. We will definitely go back to Village Eyes Optometry and Dr. Golbahar for our future eye exams and will recommend them to others. Thank you very much Dr. Golbahar and Village Eyes Optometry!

We absolutely love this practice--everyone here is so kind. I couldn't make a payment at the meter and didn't have a physical card, and the front desk staff went out of their way to gather change for me. Such a small gesture, but incredibly thoughtful. Dr. Vogel was wonderful with my 11-year-old, and the same goes for Dr. Weiss and Dr. Golbahar. Eye drops can be tough for him, but they showed me how to talk to him in a way that kept the experience calm and trauma-free. Their patience and care truly stood out. I can't recommend this practice enough.

I was recently referred to VEO from UCLA Stein Eye Institute for scleral contact lenses.The staff at VEO is absolutely the best. They truly want the best vision for their patients. They take the time to provide you with the very best vision possible. I was really struggling with my vision and they were able to put an order overnight rush on my glasses the day before Thanksgiving. Dr. Donna Weiss is amazing at her work even with challenging cases like me. If you are a patient with a history of visual challenges like me or if you just need a quality optometrist or dry eye specialist, VEO is simply the best.

Dr. Lorin Vogel was excellent! He was very professional and took the time to explain the details about my eyes. He was good natured and I'm so happy he is my eye doctor. He answered all my questions thoroughly.

Dr. Vogel is such a kind, intelligent, thorough and patient doctor. I have known him for over a decade and he has consistently provided me with the highest quality of care. My entire family now goes to him as their eye doctor. I cannot recommend him strongly enough!!!
