I had a wonderful visit with Oscar Lozano today.
He helped me with my frame selections and found the perfect fit for me. He also tightened my current pair of glasses that kept falling off my nose. I also got a nice promotion for any damage on my lenses which will protect them further. And since I'm retired now as well. Such a nice professional gentleman.
I hope to visit him again next year.

I've been going to Vision Essentials by Kaiser for a few years now, and I'm always pleasantly surprised by how good the care is. Both of my doctors have been incredibly knowledgeable and attentive.
Dr. Choi was the first to fit me with lenses that actually corrected my vision while I was adjusting to monovision, and it made such a difference. This year, Dr. Khurdajian was just as impressive -- professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely kind.
Even the checkout experience is great. Michael at the desk was friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated after my appointment.
Overall, the service and professionalism here consistently exceed my expectations. Highly recommend.

I would like to share my experience here at Vision essentials on La Cienga. First and foremost, they get you in and out quickly and efficiently with no issues. But, I particularly wanted to take some time out on my Saturday to give Ms. Antwanett Ragland, ABOC high regards, thank you Ms. Ragland for not telling me No but saying Yes, acknowleding that Kaiser can accommodate my prior credit card payment with FSA/HSA and yiu will speak with your supervisor to see how we can care for this transaction that happened prior to purchasing the glasses. And everything was done very professionally and I didn't have to touch a thing, with you handling all the transaction details for me every step of the way. God bless you Ms. Ragland.

I booked one of the first appointments of the day, and while I did have to schedule it a couple of weeks in advance, it's clear they run a busy and well-organized schedule.
The center is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, which made getting there easy. When you walk in, it looks like a retail eyewear store--there are glasses on display and several desks where staff help with prescription requests or glasses purchases. There's also a check-in desk specifically for vision appointments.
Appointments start as early as 7:00 AM and go until 5:40 PM. I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. Both the pre-test process and the time with the doctor were smooth, professional, and efficient.

Alfred was absolutely fabulous. I was there with my fiance who is a photographer for the Hollywood industry so she really wanted the most trendy , yet least obtrusive glasses for my angular narrow face. Alfred found them We added non reflective lenses for videos and pics. ! Alfred was patient, listened, has a great eye and made us very happy.
