Dr. Liz Nace is amazing! She found problems that were not found by two ophthalmologists, one optometrist, And one neuro-ophthalmologist. I had a migraine-like headache constantly for multiple years and went to 14 neurologists countless other Healthcare providers and nobody was helpful. Dr. Nace figured out the root of the problem and has been the only one who has helped me. I highly recommend her!

I cannot thank Dr Nace and her team enough! I have been trying to figure out what was wrong with my RX for a year and went to three different Dr's before her and couldn't figure it out. She was incredibly thorough and did not give up until she figured it out. Forever grateful and cannot recommend her enough!

First, the license on the wall is expired. I didn't think much of it. Next, they don't have any of the standard equipment an optometrist normally has for looking at your retina, testing the pressure in your eye, measuring the ability of your eye to focus, etc. They employ messy eye drops, shining a flashlight in your eye, etc. The only equipment here is the standard lens changer for measuring your prescription. They also don't have common contacts in store for trials or to buy on the spot, I had to pay to have the contacts shipped to me. The above was strange to me, but it wasn't until I tried to buy lenses online that I really got irked. I wanted to purchase some large diameter SFX contacts (which I've been using for costuming for many years), and when the supplier I purchased from contacted them to verify my purchase, the office refused to verify my prescription on the basis that I hadn't been fit for the lenses. Hadn't been fit for custom made lenses (think about that for just a sec). This office clearly takes their responsibility for my safety seriously, but I'll counter by saying I'll be responsible for my own safety, thanks. This is the first time I've ever encountered a problem like this; I can buy non-corrective sfx lenses without a doctor; the scrip is for the correction, not the lens. They didn't fit me for the acuvue lenses they prescribed me, either - I came in with them and they just wrote that on my new prescription along with "No substitutions" for no apparent reason. So, if you want outdated exam methods, and no ability to try other contact lenses without coming back to pay for another visit, go for it - I won't be back.

I live in the neighborhood so I first chose this office bc they were close. However, my first experience was amazing. The front office staff was pleasant and friendly. She emailed the forms before my appointment. Dr Jackie was extremely thorough and Dr Shan too. I would absolutely recommend this location. They were organized answered all of my questions and were not over prices and didn't push unnecessary procedures or add ons
