I had a wonderful experience at the Warby Parker Abbot Kenny store today. I was greeted immediately and the sales associate was friendly, informative and determined to help me find a pair of polarized sunglasses with no prescription from their current stock. This item is something they usually will have to send out to get the lenses polarized and the glasses are mailed to you about a week later. I needed to purchase a pair today as I would be at an outdoor event all weekend and needed a pair of sunglasses due to an eye condition. It took a minute to find a pair that worked for me, but I was very grateful and happy when I left.
