My husband and I came in to purchase three pairs of glasses. Two prescription pairs and one pair of sunglasses. Sylvia was the sales associate who helped us, and she was truly wonderful. She was extremely professional, thorough, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain our options clearly, made sure everything was correct with our prescriptions, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. In a matter of seconds, Brennan discreetly analyzed my bone structure (and possibly my ancestry) whilst making polite conversation. He then offered several frames from their wall of wishes, and each pair told a story: I'm an Italian stewardess; I'm a knowledgeable librarian in an old British bookshop; I'm a mad, mad scientist tinkering with robots that deliver your food; I'm a little old lady enjoying an afternoon cappuccino at Lamill. The store associates were extremely attentive and helpful and they had a large selection of glasses and sunglasses. I needed help deciding and they helped me figure out which frames looked best on me! The cost was extremely reasonable and the checkout process was smooth. They were able to file with my insurance so I could use that vision benefit. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Went and purchased a new pair of glasses tonight. The store is beautiful and easy to shop and try on all the glasses. Also Chad was super helpful and amazing, I went by myself so he felt like a friend who was helping me decide which pair looked best on me. Was also just super sweet and knowledgeable I was in and out in less than 20 min. Great experience!

I loved everything about my visit here today including my eye exam. I've been coming here for years, and they always have the kindest humans working here, but today Wren set the standard. She was beyond knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and generously insightful! She helped me get old pairs to fit in a way they never did (my fault for not getting them fit) and helped me find new pairs that are wonderful. I couldn't be happier with her and with my visit!
