I put a investigation on your. I hope they find that you're only help Spanish people. I follow all the procedures I was supposed to do for my section 8 voucher. I will keep putting in complaint on YouTube and mass gov discrimination on people. Like I said on my last post I a supervisor name Eileen tosado called me on February 28th 2025. Told me that she would help me get my voucher that I had to wait for this year. I call her just for her to say she never talked to me but I got her email she told me to send my information to her and I did. This is what I mean about this agency they don't stand on their words. I hope they look into all the complaints that people have made and make them accountable for their actions Stop funding them. You will get a workers who will call you just not to help why waste people time.

Very bad, staff don't get back to you, complete dead ends.

I used to live here at Wayfinder, but before it was called Junior Blind of America, I lost count of how many years I was here but I got to say it was pretty bad, I was bullied non-stop by a bunch of disrespectful nitwits. At the time being I made some friends there and they were the only ones that were there for me whenever I need it, I used to know a few staff members before they quit their jobs, some were chill some weren't. I made a review on Facebook saying that how bad this place is but I had to take it down because a certain administrator was mad at me and she didn't like the things I said. She made me cry, she scolds at me even more and not even cared how hurt I was. When I was first introduced to this place I asked if there is going to be any boys here and two people said no, but I was clearly lied to since they were never around to see, I should have stayed at the hospital. But it doesn't matter now that I'm free from their horrible lying clutches. We had residents AWOL from left to right and we all get punished. Honestly I couldn't even care of how many days I had happy times, this place that used to be called Juniorblind of America is still worthless and I never want to ever come back here!

Leadership at this institution is only worried about themselves and care nothing about the people they serve. This organization has really gone downhill significantly since I initially started as a consumer back in 98. I would recommend you stay away from participating in the programs, as many of their staff are incompetent and unprofessional individuals.

An incredible organization. Every member of the staff clearly loves working with the kids in the school or other programs. The Special Education School teaches kids that are the most severe cases, generally those with both visual impairment and some other disability, such as autism.

It was a great school when my son started there but after the principal and other staff change it becomes really bad. It used to be foundation for the junior blind and change it to junior blind of america. Now it change again. Wish they didn't change how it was coz it was great already.

The staff is very nice respectful people and they have everything beautifully set up for the client it's so amazing I was very impressed I had a tour and I would say Wayfinder family services really care about there clients so much to offer and it's a growing organization I would recommend Wayfinder to family that's searching for a place like Wayfinder.
