The students here were amazing. The comprehensive exam and technology-pairing were very thought out and I would highly recommend if you are visually impaired and are seeking employment or you are already employed, reach out to a local DOR office to get an appointment at WesternU. I have never been so impressed with the quality of the care of all the people working with Dr. MacDonald and her team, the care was so great ! Everyone was professional. I have never had such a great experience in any medical situation as I had with them. They were so thorough - I was there for two hours. They checked for everything. I am so happy I found them. I haven't stopped talking about the great service I received. I was very nervous because I had a new condition. They made me comfortable..explained everything...I have never felt so taken care of . I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Poor experience especially with DR. McDonald. The Doctor Who is in charge is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Always on the phone and talking to other people. Don't go here you will thank me later. Outdated technology could not find right prescription for glasses and gave up sending me home with no glasses after 3+ hours in the office really bad and laughed about and said at least I'm not blind!! Really unprofessional!
