Great experience at this location! Dr Centeno is thorough, patient, and answered all the questions I had and took the time to explain my concerns in more detail. The whole staff was professional, helpful and kind. Check in was quick and effecient. Purchasing glasses was easy, and they have a big selection of frames. Highly recommended this location!

Dr. Centeno is such an amazing doctor, she was very thorough and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. I also took my daughter to see her, she was very nervous, and Dr. Centeno made the experience fun and she left with new sunglasses.

These doctors do not provide throughout exams, strongly consider the review as well as remember it is part of a retailer. The OD asked me if wanted 1x stronger or 2x stronger lenses - how about plan to correct vision.

From beginning to end, this was a great experience! I got a same-day appointment with Dr. Nguyen. She was exceptional, very knowledgeable and a great optometrist -- the best eye exam I have received on the Peninsula! Susie provided great customer service -- cleaned and adjusted my glasses and explained the benefits of my insurance plan. Competent, friendly, and welcoming -- these ladies are first rate!

From the time I checked in until I left it was a wonderful experience. The doctor and staff were very informative, courteous, and patient. It was a bit intimidated because I was alone and had to pick out glasses for myself. The woman who helped me did a great job listening to me. She ended up recommending glasses that comfortably fit my face. I really liked it when I took a selfie wearing my new glasses to show my out of state family and they loved them!

Eye exam appt at 11:20am, finished whole process at 1:45pm. Waited 40min in small room for the doctor. Thank goodness the Doctor was good. However, the technician at the end was not competently trained and the rest of the staff didn't seem to care that she was struggling. I left without a clear idea of when my glasses will be available, as they did not have the materials to fill the order. I was told "they will let you know in about 10 days"

Very little wait time, Doctor is knowledgeable and very good at her job. The equipment seems current and up to-date with todays standards. She naturally made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely go back to her when it's time for another exam.
