I love this Optometrist. She is thorough and makes sure you know what is going on with your eyes. They work hard to find what you want in a pair of glasses and also support your decisions. Been going here for years.

Dr. Cao-Le is everything you can ask for. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and thorough. Catherine and Brianna are great too. All around great experience with the bonus good feeling of supporting our local businesses.

Brand new patient and planning to move soon. But the doctor who saw me treated me like I'd been a patient with her for 10 years. I felt heard, respected, and valued the entire time. The exam was great and thorough. Her staff were very kind. If I wasn't moving away, I'd make this doctor my primary optometrist in a heartbeat. Would 100% recommend!

I went to this doctor with very bad eye pain, she saw me and decided to write prescription for me because I had infection. I went to the front office to receive my prescription, but they asked me to pay $169 now. I told the person who was in charge that I have vision and health insurance and I am patient in this office for more than 7 years. His answer was today is Saturday and will not be able to get in touch with the insurance. I told him I am not ready to pay right other than my cop-payment which is $40, but will take care of it on Monday if my insurance did not pay you. At the end he told me to go home and will send the prescription request to Walgreen in Marina CA. After I made it home the Dr. office called me and left voicemail message stating that Walgreens is no longer accepting electronics, faxed or call prescriptions from doctor office. I called Walgreens to double check this information with them because it seems to me achward, and the answer was they do accept all ways. I called the doctor office again, and their answer was I have to pay first in order for me to receive my prescription so I must go to their office again to clear my balance first and after that I will receive a hard copy of my prescription. My answer was, this will be the last visit for all of my family to this doctor. This is totally unacceptable because it's not professional or ethical to treat your patient this way.

Dr is wonderful, staff is SO NICE oh my gosh, the BEST front desk staff I've ever encountered. I'll never go to another optometrist again!

Great service that goes above and beyond to ensure quality, especially in the front desk. I had a (former) insurance company that screwed up my frames several times. But the front desk never gave up in getting that company to fix the frames. In spite of the uncooperative insurance company, I eventually got fixed frames thanks to the Spex 454.

Dr Lee was amazing ! She took her time to figure out my issue and get the lens wear I needed! Front staff is excellent as well!

Popped by Spex 454 to fix my glasses and they got it repaired within an hour or so! The staff were really really polite as well. Thumbs up!
