Dr. Chen is the best doctor for my eye injections. I never feel a thing and he always takes time to explain how my eyes are doing. I can't praise him enough.

Disorganized Billing and Poor Communication -- Be Cautious I've had ongoing issues with Vantage Eye Center that have yet to be resolved. Over a year ago, I visited the clinic twice for a simple evaluation to assess whether I could still drive. At the time, I was under the impression that these visits would be covered by insurance and not billed to me directly. Months later, I unexpectedly received a bill. When I called to ask why, no one seemed to know. I was told there was no reason I should be getting billed, and I assumed the issue was settled. Now, more than a year after the original visit, I've received another statement -- this time marked past due -- for a charge I still don't understand. Despite having called previously and being told the charges were unclear, I'm now being asked to pay a balance with no new explanation or clarification. This pattern has been frustrating, and the lack of consistent communication has made it difficult to resolve. I'm sharing this in the hope that others will ask careful questions up front and get everything in writing. My advice: be cautious, especially when it comes to billing and follow-up. I'd recommend keeping detailed records if you decide to visit.

I had a very good experience. Sign in was relatively easy and I have always felt confident of Dr. Whisler's advice.

While the staff is always welcoming and considerate, the star of the show is Dr. Whisler! His easy going manner coupled with his ophthalmic expertise makes having my eyes checked a joy. I can recommend him 100%. I still don't like the black uniforms worn by the staff. Very somber and off putting.

I came to see Dr. Iranmanesh and assistants for check up status of my macular degeneration. The assistants and Dr. Iranmanesh were welcoming, precise, highly professional and provided outstanding assistance. Thankfully my condition has stabilized most likely due to their expert guidance. Terrific patient service!

Dr. Whisler is not only a skilled medical practitioner, he is also a great empathetic listener, a down-to-earth fellow and someone who is a true champion/advocate for his patients. I recommend this "Dr. Genius" as a true healer without the slightest reservation and with complete confidence.

Best office that I have visited this year. I'm really sick, so visit maybe a minimum of 5 per month. From my arrival time until my departure I was extremely impressed. I learned more about the reason I was there than I did from my previous Eye Care Center, with the same complaints. If you're reading this review, read no further! Make your appointment with this Eye Care Center!

1 Star I had an extremely frustrating experience with Vantage Eye Center's billing department. I saw Dr. Natalie Chung for an ophthalmology evaluation, which included a visual field test. After multiple visits, I was simply told to "check with the DMV" regarding my vision--something I could have figured out myself without paying for unnecessary follow-ups. Then came the billing nightmare. I paid $104.40 on February 25, 2025, yet I continued receiving additional bills. When I called to clarify, I was told my account actually had a credit of $39.40--yet for some reason, I still got another bill for $65. When I asked why, the billing representative (Tamra R.) had no explanation and refused to connect me with anyone else. Why would I owe more money when my account shows a credit? And why would I want a credit with a provider I don't intend to use again? I requested a refund, but the whole process has been disorganized and unprofessional. If you value clear communication, transparent billing, and good customer service, I do not recommend Vantage Eye Center. Proceed with caution, and double-check your bills!
