Acuity Eye Group - National City (Plaza)

I really love this clinic, it's clean, organized and with a system different from other clinic. The treatment by the staff is above my expectations and the doctors will give you the right treatment for your eye problems Before my wife had eyes problems for many years and was just given an eye drops that never cure for a decades and can't move around or eat without a pair of glasses but when we transfer to this clinic in just a few visits boom we got the treatment and surgery we rightfully deserve and needed. Now my wife doesn't need a pair of glasses to eat, move around and even read road signs far enough without glasses. We are glad we were referred to this clinic by our family doctor. Dr Patel you are the best of the best. We appreciate your sincere simple humble and rightful/direct approach to our eye problems.

Doctors and technicians here are great but the receptionist facilitating the queue are ridiculous, they don't properly handle the queue based on schedule and the time of arrival of patients. If you're willing to spend your half day just to have your eye checked, go to this clinic.

The staff at Acuity Eye Group is always very professional and courteous! They truly care about wanting to make their patients feel reassured and at ease. In addition, Acuity's team members operate their eye clinic in a precise and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Acuity Eye Group to family and friends!

Thus far, not great. My farther elderly 81 year old, waited 45 minutes to be seen to only be told he will wait anywhere between 2-3 hours to see his eye doctor. To make the matters worst, the restroom facilities were out are of order/not on service. The waiting area was packed. Individuals between the ages of 40 and up all having to figure out seating. Staff, female at the desk was not friendly. Though my first experience at the El Cajon location was great. This location is not.

Today, I had a very good time at the office, personal assistant were very helpful & friendly, Dr Patel was able to help me very quickly & I was on my way home within 20 minutes !!! Thank you everyone !!!

People are so nice and they know what they are doing. The moment they start the job it's continuous, that's why no one is waiting that long but still the job is done.
