LensCrafters at Plaza Bonita Mall in Chula Vista deserves major recognition--especially Lezlie E. The moment my wife and I walked in, she paused her work just to assist us, and her customer service was absolutely top-notch.
Lezlie was extremely knowledgeable about the Meta AI glasses and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. I ended up choosing the Wayfarer frames with transition lenses, and I couldn't be happier. She made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free.
If you're looking for prescription glasses without any hassle--and want to feel genuinely cared for--ask for Lezlie. She's the best!

I will never return to this location and do not recommend anyone to be assisted by this employee. At first, Lezzlie appeared helpful, but once she realized the product she was showing me was outside my budget, her attitude completely changed. She became arrogant and dismissive, making me feel like I was wasting her time.
She also failed to inform me that my order would take 7 days to be ready. When I requested to cancel due to this missing information, her behavior was rude and highly unprofessional.
What makes this even worse is that the manager was standing right next to her and did nothing. As someone who works in customer service, this experience was unacceptable and should be escalated to corporate.

Lezlie went above and beyond to help me when my eyes weren't adjusting to my progressive lenses--even though I was past the 30-day limit. She listened, cared, and invited me to come in the next day. When I arrived, she remembered me right away and made the whole process easy and pleasant.
Esteban also provided excellent service over the phone. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, I ended up ordering a third pair of glasses! Excited to pickup my glasses soon :)
