I had purchased prescription glasses from another optometrist in San Diego, and unfortunately received horrible service and was given glasses that did not fit properly. I contacted Lens Crafters in Macy's in Plaza Bonita, and spoke to Lynn. She was so kind and said they would help me, no questions asked! I arrived and Pohai assisted me with fitting my glasses, and was equally as kind as Lynn. I really appreciated them both, as I was tight on time, and really did not want to go back to the place that had given me poor customer service already. Thank you to both Pohai and Lynn for being awesome and making my day a whole lot better!
