I have been coming here for over 3 years now! Definitely loyal to them! They helped me pick out my glasses last year and even recommended a new style for me. This year I'm moving to Japan, so to new glasses it is! Thank you vive optometry for always giving me a warm welcome. Everyone's so nice and very helpful. Thank you again for helping me with my eye care! I'll be back!

I had an amazing experience at Vice Optometry in National City! Naomi took care of me after the optometrist did all the necessary testing and shared recommendations for my vision. Naomi really took the time to explain my insurance coverage, go over the options they offer, and show me multiple frames. She made sure I got the best deals! I was impressed by her patience and dedication in explaining everything thoroughly. I also have to mention that I called in the morning and Naomi fit me in just an hour later, which was so convenient. The selection of frames was huge--there were so many great options to choose from! I'll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. I also want to give a shoutout to the rest of the team who was there when I visited on 10/10/25 around 11 AM. Everyone was professional and friendly, though I didn't catch any names. Whoever was working that day definitely deserves a raise! This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. Thank you all so much for making my visit such a great experience!

Great service, better than Stanton optical. I came in to get my ray ban metas prescription added. The workers were very honest with me and didn't want to attempt to put prescription on it themselves. They could've just had me sign the waiver and tried it and if they broke it then it be on my own pocket so I do appreciate the honesty. I had them ordered it for me which was good since they did accept my insurance and took away some of the cost. Great selection of frames. I'll be coming here yearly from now on
