Dr. Kim Doan, is a Great Doctor! Very helpful and understanding of your needs and concerns about your eyesight. She'll take great care of you and your family.

Dr Kim Doan helped a lot in my eyelid that had scar tissue surrounding it. She successfully injected a steroid to break it up and it went down the next day. She knows her stuff regarding styes and lots of other modalities for health. Highly recommend

New location has free parking easy access and Dr. Doan and her staff are absolutely fantastic. Experienced. Great bedside manner takes the time to explain thoroughly and has a funny sense of humor.

I had a wonderful visit. My primary referred doctor me to Dr Doan. She's very professional, very nice. I never been to an Ophthalmologist. It's been a bit since I've been to the Optometrist. I received the whole nine yards. I then sat with Art who explained what they had to offer in glasses and what my insurance would cover. That information is priceless. I ordered new glasses with everything I needed. He helped me choose a frame. I mean, if they looked good. I walked away feeling confident. It's good to be able to feel at ease with your doctor and staff. Great when you can ask questions and receive answers you understand. I'll be happy to return next year.

Dr Doan is thorough, knowledgeable, and very concerned that I understand all my test results and how to take care of my eyes. Our whole family sees her because we all trust her that much. She's great to follow up visits and contacts us to make sure we are comfortable and confident in our eye care.

My wife & I have been going to Dr Kim Doan for years. She did cataract surgeries on both of us. We trust her with our sight. She's thorough, and cares about her patients.

This was such an odd experience. The receptionist was nice and friendly, but the doctor immediately told me my eyes were not symmetrical because of Botox. We looked at older pictures and she then confirmed that I had a congenital issue with one eyelid. I made the appointment due to floaters, fogginess and discomfort and was given zero feedback. As I was being rushed out and leaving, she was working on a referral for a cosmetic surgeon, which was confusing because she said it can't be fixed. I told her I had an appointment with a different doctor a year ago and that doctor told me it was ptosis and suggested surgery, to which Dr. Doan did not respond. She mentioned how terrible my insurance is and that no doctors work with it anymore and she was going to drop it too. This is new insurance with a new job, so that was discouraging, but I have had a great experience with the insurance until that moment. She then gave me a referral for a doctor she'd never heard of. I asked if she saw anything (wanting some sort of feedback about my vision) during the exam and she said no. I'm still not sure why I got a referral for something she said can't be fixed. I left feeling like I wasted my time and energy getting there.
