Scope Optometry

Shockingly poor follow through at the front desk! Spouse and recently moved to the area from WeHo. Found their site and it had multiple good reviews. Dr. Pham was extremely engaging and professional walking us through our exams. (5 Stars) When we found out, it was going to take two weeks to process our lenses and we also did not find glasses that we wanted to purchase, the front staff completely shut down and treated us poorly. The biggest example was the print off report of our eye exams. When we went to another location, I discovered that my prescription was wrong after the optometrist asked why I no longer needed bifocals. Upon reviewing my material, I called Scope this morning. The gentleman was very nice and stated it was a computer error. This is technically FDA reportable event as the staff nor the doctor did not thoroughly review the material prior to giving it to the patient (me) before leaving. You were able to bill for the eye exam services, unfortunately, your selection of frames was not what we were looking for. But to treat us with disrespect & blow us off as "oh well...okay"is not acceptable...WHILST giving us the wrong data is WORSE Oh well, since you didn't care then, I care about other patients as I also work in healthcare. Except for Dr Pham, I would not trust this place. PS: Please report your medical error to FDA.

Dr Tang has been my optometrist for close to 10 years! She is an exceptional outstanding Doctor. She always takes the necessary time to examine my vision and communicate to me what is going on with my eyes especially, since I have been wearing contacts for most of my life, and my vision changes every year. I have a stigmatism and she is the only Doctor I know who has gotten my contact lense prescriptions right correcting my far sighted and near sighted vision even if takes a couple of trial runs, she stays in constant communication with me. I highly recommend her to everyone of all ages! Thank you Dr Tang for always taking care of my eyes! You are the best!

I've worn glasses since the 1960s, and have never had as good an experience getting new frames and lenses as I have at Scope. Dr. Choi is very knowledgeable and skilled with her business. Amber really knows what looks good on people, and can pick a style that suits you perfectly. All of the staff are great. They're definitely the best optometry and glasses shop in the area!

Love Scope Optometry! First time getting contacts and Dr. Choi was so attentive and patient helping me find the right prescription and how to put them in and take them out in a matter of minutes. Her associate Amber, was also so helpful and professional with following up. The office is easy to access with parking out front and it's thoughtful design, being clean and modern, with state of the art equipment. Also, a great selection of curated, modern and classic frames. If you are in the neighborhood or not, (worth the drive) I highly recommend you support this local business with excellent service and care, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to purchase glasses! I purchased mine from here last year and they are still good as new. I used to get glasses from Costco and the coating would start to wear off. They have a vast selection of high end frames and premium lenses, and the quality is well worth it.
