I had an amazing experience at this optometry office! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me how to put on contact lenses, they really listened to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment, which I really do appreciate. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their eye health. The technology they use is top-notch, they were able to check inside my eyes without having to dilate and I left feeling confident with my new prescription and eye heath. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and thorough optometrist!

So, my second visit on wednesday to this office wasn't quite what I hoped for. They did get me in quickly, which was good, but it felt super busy and my exam was way too fast.
I was also a bit put off by the doctor. Her attire wasn't really right for a medical office, and she looked a bit unprofessional and too relaxed. She just called my name loudly instead of coming to get me. She was nice enough, but it wasn't as thorough or professional as my last visit with a different doctor.
Now, a huge shout out to the receptionist at the front desk, I think she's pregnant. She was incredibly sweet, cheerful, and just handled everything so well. I seriously thought she was working by herself until I noticed another person in the back doing absolutely nothing. It really bothered me to see the pregnant employee working so hard while someone else wasn't helping out. It just doesn't seem right, or fair, to put all that pressure on one person, especially when they're expecting.
All in all, there were some good parts, but I left feeling pretty let down and worried about how things are handled there.
