Getting LASIK surgery was one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff was very friendly, professional and over all amazing. Any questions or concerns I had were answered specially the post opt after care. The procedure itself is very straightforward and pain free! Which was great because I thought I was going to be in pain or discomfort. April was great putting my concerns at ease. She was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and very professional. Overall I definitely recommend them.

Horrible. I spent an hour and a half of consultation with Doctor Lee. After month I decided to make an appointment for the surgery, they could not find my records and I kept getting hung up on. After a few more tries, I was getting scheduled for mono vision which is entirely not what I wanted. I wanted a surgery to reshape my cornea to correct my vision but the receptionist wanted to have me pay for monovision. Unorganized and every person I spoke to (other than the doctors themselves) believed they have the medical expertise to behave like THEY are the trained physicians. What a bunch of quacks. Decided to start over with a different company.

I went to Laser Eye Center Ontario for the first time today for a consultation for LASIK and a Blephex treatment. I was greeted warmly by Norma who did some tests on me as well as the Blephex. She was amazing from start to finish. Her customer service deserves a shout out because she was truly a pleasure. The doctor and supervisor of the center were also great, taking their time answering all of my questions. I'm looking forward to getting LASIK there in about 6 weeks time.

i got prk from here all things are good but there call service is wrost they didnt answer what you asking for they hang up the call in between talk. the call centre guys are so rudely and not any sense how to talk with patient they just said you same irritating words am calling fro last two days for medication my medication drops over and the office is closed before the timming when i call and asked them can they give me any pharmacy address where i get this medication because they closed they just said come tommorow when i asked who will reponsible if something happen with my eyes because medicatipn is over can you connect me to doctore they just hang the call this not fair with my opinion the call centre service of them are wrost thwy dont have knowledge about medication

Personally had a great experience at laser eye center the staff was super helpful and heart warming Norma was just a great help getting me over my nerves every time I came back i was happy to be able to talk to her bit over all the experience was 10/10 would recommend it to anyone thinking of getting there vision fixed especially as a driver.
