The staff here are absolutely amazing! Very kind and have great sense of humor. They made me feel comfortable and answered every question with care!

I went to this office last year for an eye exam. It was awful. The Dr made me feel so uncomfortable. Kept asking irrelevant personal questions. His exam wasn't good either. When I received my glasses they aren't even the right RX. I can't see up close. Don't come to this place. Creepy DR

Do not use this optometrist. I tried them out and when I went to purchase contact lenses I spent $170. And they told me to pick them up in 2 weeks. When I'm went to pick them up, they asked me to pay $170. I said I already paid isn't it in your system? They said no it's not and that I did not pay. I told them I'm not paying and I'll check my credit card statement for proof. They started going through physical receipts scattered around their office. I said it's fine I'll get my own proof. After about 15 minutes they found the receipt and finally let me leave with my contacts. They are very unorganized and if I didn't remember paying they would have overcharged me. Ridiculous!

Doctor was nice. The man fitting my glasses and working the front was rude. There were 2 people taking naps in the waiting chairs the whole time I was there, so my dad who came with me to watch my baby had nowhere to sit and was awkwardly shuffling around the small front room of glasses the whole time. Overall, it wasn't the professional experience I am used to at the optometrist.

I don't recommend this place. They are never back on time from lunch. Sign says "we'll be back at 3pm" and they are never there. Voice mail for the number listed on the door is not set up so I can't leave a message. Had an appointment at 3:30 (we where witing there from 3 till about 3:40) and they didn't show up till after 3:40. Wanted to get in Um, not dependable. Now I have to reschedule. Not the first time they come after they the time started on their door. No happy and will be going elsewhere.

I like Dr. Vinny. Great sense of humor and service. They have a good selection of frames. Nice, family operated business. I got my frames and do my visual inspection each year.

Nice selection of frames but otherwise very unhappy with service.... They gave me a set of trial contact lenses to try nd they did not work so I went back to let them know nd they were not happy nd said they would change prescription but did not have any sample but I could order new prescription??? I told them I was not comfortable ordering without trying first??? So I asked for prescription nd went to order at SAMs club. Bad customer service after they got my money!!! Will never go back!!!

Was in their office for the first time on May 25, 2016 with my two granddaughters 10 & 4. Seemed pleased when I first entered. Was happy with the new prescription I was getting. Went to sit down to discuss figures and paid for my glasses. If I had not needed this new prescription so badly, I should have got my money back and left. Here is why: Dr.: Are those two sisters? Me: Yes Dr: Why is one dark and one light? Me: Excuse me????????? Dr: Do they have the same parents? Me: What? Dr: (Asking my grand daughters) Who does your mom like best, you or your sister. Me: Their parents love them equally!! Dr: (Asking my granddaughters) Who do you like better, mommy or daddy. (After my grand daughters look at me like, why is he asking stupid questions) Me: Their parents love them equally. I'm sure you're thinking, "Why are you still talking to this ignorant fool?" So am I, but the final straw was; (after he asked my granddaughter about her mom purchasing glasses for her, this was his statement) Dr: So will you tell your mom to come here? Granddaughter: No we went to a different place Dr: Why, she has Medi-cal? Me: Excuse me, but we have excellent insurance!! Which is why we are here. I leave. I go back and let them know how offensive his comments and questions were, how disrespectful they are, and I will not be returning and I will tell everyone I know.
