Ziena Dry Eye Eyewear

Finding Ziena moisture cup glasses has saved my life. Maybe not literally, but the quality of my life has changed for the better. I bought my 1st pair four years ago and have never looked back. Even more than the two prescription daily drops, and the punctal plugs, these glasses have helped my eyes tremendously: Indoors, outdoors, with AC, heat, or fans, these glasses are a blessing. Now owner of 4 pair, I can change the prescription lenses, if need be, if my eyes change. I researched Ziena on line, as none of my dry-eye doctors recommended or even knew of them. I find that so hard to believe. From their website, I found one optician 20 miles away, so I was introduced to them that way. Recently I took advantage of having 3 pair sent to my home from headquarters for a 10-day trial. It was great working with the Ziena team on the phone. I know they're working on offering more color choices for the frames, which is good, and the styles are great. I highly recommend these moisture cup frames to anyone suffering from dry-eye. I purchased a a pair of the KAI Ziena eye glasses last summer. I was looking for an eye protector for my severe year around allergies and was fortunate enough to run across these on the internet. I've purchased many different styles in the past, most have a foam seal, and are unflattering to say the least. I have always felt very selfconsiouse in those styles. The quality of the Ziena frame and lens is excellent, and they are comfortable. I look like I'm wearing normal eye glasses in public. The magnetically attached soft eye protectors are very discreet. They are great for yard work and help protect your eyes from dust and dirt when you need to do house and garage cleaning. When I had tile work done they helped save my eyes from feeling like sandpaper from the debris in the air. They also are great to wear when being around people or in places with strong perfume or chemical scents and help keep that off gassing from irritating your eyes. I just ordered a second pair with readers lenses so that I could read to my granddaughter when at her house because they have a cat. These glasses are genius, a little pricey, but well worth every penny. This is an investment in your health if you have allergies and chemical sensitivities that you won't regret!

Not only are the products amazing, but the customer service goes above and beyond. Initially, there was a mishap with the shipping but Larissa went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. I unexpectedly became extremely sick...eventually disabled, and throughout it all, Larissa was the kindest accommodating person ever. I literally received way better service than ever expected. The moisture chamber glasses are amazing. They really do keep your eyes moist and protect them from all sorts of debris. I love that the eye cups are removable in case you don't want them on for a certain time. I keep mine on all the time but being able to remove them also makes it easier to keep them clean. I have separate clear and gray lens glasses but am going to go back for the clear to dark grey shift glasses. This review was so long overdue! If you are hesitant, definitely just give it a go.

I tried Ziena glasses for my severe dry eye about 4-5 years ago after searching for "goggles" to ease my discomfort. They have become as important to me as my walled, keys and phone. When I reached out and asked if there might be a way to get a tighter fit, Daniel replied very promptly, thanked me for my business, and shipped me a little silicone adapter for the arms. Perfection! When a small nose cushion got lost somewhere (mind you, these glasses frames are 5 years old!) I reached out again, hoping I could obtain a replacement. There was Daniel again, same day response and happy to help. I love my moisture chamber glasses so much that I paid a lot of money to get prescription lenses put in. I use them for absolutely everything! Driving (a must) movies, (a must) hiking, bicycling, anywhere with fans. I've never had an issue with the hinges, silicone frame or the magnets. Perfection!! If you're on the fence about this product, go for it. They have made my quality of life astronomically better. They really understand what it's like to suffer with this condition. Thank you Ziena!

I am grateful to Ziena Eyewear for their products and for their wonderful customer service. I have the Seacrest model frames, with eyecups, and they have been a lifesaver, especially on windy days. The transitional lenses are terrific for being able to go from indoors to outdoors on a sunny day without having to switch to sunglasses. Roxanna at Ziena has patiently answered my questions and been very responsive in helping me decide on the best frames for me. Thank you for your outstanding attention to detail and customer service. If I need to get a second pair of frames, I will think of Ziena Eyewear first.

I have nothing but good things to say about the company and their dry eye eyewear. In the recent years I have developed severe dry eyes. The glasses that I have purchased have delivered as promised and I am able to do everyday things without worrying about aggravating my eyes. As others have mentioned, their customer service is great. They're very friendly and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend them!

Can't say enough of how much I love Ziena eyewear and how wonderful the Company is! The Kai style is perfect for me and, from the first day I received them, my eyes (MGD, aqueous tear and insufficient oil production) have felt so much more comfortable! They haven't fogged up as some other brand dry eye glasses or goggles may do, they are clear to look through, comfortable and have given me my life back in alot of ways. I'm able to go outdoors without worrying about wind, allergies, etc., irritating my eyes and more! Truly wonderful products, helpful customer service, and fast delivery!! I highly recommend them to all who suffer from dry eye, allergies, and who want the best in eye protection!

How can dry eyes cause your eyes to drip constantly? I don't know, but I do know that chemotherapy treatment for cancer left me with a severe case of miserable flooding eyes. While sitting on the beach with my friends, I realized that the discomfort I experienced from the breeze on the beach was enough to take the joy out of my experience. I came home desperate to try anything...I knew that what I needed would be a "goggle" of sorts, and after searching the internet came up with Ziena Eyewear in Ontario. My wife and I made the drive to see if there was anything that might work at their facility. We were treated politely and with knowledge from a staff member, as well as the owner, Daniel. I purchased a regular pair of glasses and sunglasses, which they sent off to a lab to have my prescription put into the lenses. The glasses arrived and I haven't taken them off except to sleep (might be something to work on Daniel!). The glasses are comfortable, and mostly they help...they really help. We can now have the ceiling fan on, be outside on a breezy day, fish, beach and most importantly, live fully again. I still have the occasional dripping eyes, but I'm no longer a slave to avoiding air movement which limited my life. I highly recommend that if you suffer from dry eyes, you should give these glasses a try. I get compliments on them, and they are a conversation starter for sure!
