Acuity Eye Group - Renaissance Surgery Center

I was initially skeptical about this surgery center due to the negative reviews I had encountered. However, after deciding to take the day off to accompany my father for his second surgery, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk receptionist, Alma, greeted us with a warm smile, which immediately us slightly at ease. She later handed off to Jessica, who was incredibly attentive and even helped another patient who had mistakenly sat in the wrong office. I appreciated her caring and professional demeanor. When my father was called back by Nancy, I expressed my concerns about the upcoming surgery. She went above and beyond to ensure I could speak with the surgeon, Dr. Michael Samuel. Meeting him was reassuring; he patiently addressed all my questions and made me feel valued. After the surgery, Nancy called me in to discuss the results with Dr. Samuel. He informed me that everything went smoothly and took the time to answer any additional questions I had about post-operative care. Moreover, Nancy kindly arranged for my father's first follow-up appointment to be at a location closer to home. Overall, the staff's professionalism and compassion made a significant difference during a stressful time, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a great surgeon and staff.

Very long wait times, impersonal medical staff. They repeatedly mess up scheduling, change appointment times etc. expect to wait an additional 45 mins after your appointment to be called, and then expect to wait some more after that. Very unprofessional behavior. Very nice front desk staff however

Don't go to Acuity. It's a mill, very impersonal. The billing dept. can't get anything straight and if you try and call them good luck. Scheduling is a nightmare and I waited 2 hours for my surgery after they told me I didn't have a an appointment. My doctors were just OK. Find someone who cares and is not burned out. Really folks do yourself better.

My son has the best experience every time we come the doctor is great He is super patient front desk people are absolutely wonderful I don't know why people will make bad comments this place Is wonderful they make you feel so comfortable thank you

Quick, I arrived 20 min early. They took me right in. Eye examination went well. Lived the Dr. He explained everything and was very helpful in answering questions. Dr.Phuc Quach. Highly recommend.

Avoid if you can. First time their machine broke 30 minutes after we arrived. Second time we spent more than an hour past our scheduled appointment waiting in a tiny, crowded waiting room where disabled patients were forced to try and stand for as long as they could. Very poorly managed facility. If the surgery weren't so critical, would have left.

I had my surgery done here on Friday.. Dr. Samuel did a good job.. The nurses and the staff made me feel comfortable..I totally recommend

Very nice Doctors and the nurses are very kind and helpful. I'm very satisfied.
