Affordable Optics is like no other with their years of service and genuine care. New to the desert I'm so grateful I found Opticians Steve and Carla Bartley. The days of ophthalmologists' offices providing convenient optical services are gone. I took several frames in for prescription lenses and am thrilled to have my prescription in my designer sunglasses. In addition, my readers were updated with my new prescription plus the much-needed blue coating that eases eye strain from all day computer usage. Not only was everything affordable with fast efficient service I'm delighted to know this dear, truly caring and genuine couple.

Steve and Carla are the best. I took a pair of vintage glasses in for lense replacement and they did the job with a quick turnaround and extra care. I had complete trust leaving the 1940s frames with them. They have more experience and knowledge than every corporate store in town put together. Professional, affordable and super friendly.

Carla and Steve, the owners, are hard working and incredibly kind people. I cannot recommend taking your business to them enough. They are small and locally run and do incredible work. Steve is like the Houdini of the glass industry and has been able to fix any problem of mine I've had. Could not recommend them enough!!

Highly recommend Affordable Optics if you need replacement lenses. I discovered the store after several disappointing responses from area opticians that really only wanted to sell me expensive frames and "overloaded" lens packages. I found Steve and Carla to be honest, informative and provided excellent customer service. They provided me with updated Rx lenses for 2 pairs of eyeglasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses. Solid product . . . solid service.

This place is the best around ! I have gotten 3 pairs of glasses from here and 2 sunglasses with my prescription. The husband and wife duo are always kind and welcoming with a great selection. If they have my lenses in they have everything ready for me in an hour. It had been a year since I went in . I cme in today 9 months pregnant in desperate need of new glasses they got me a gorgeous pair at a great price and them ready in an hour . Thank you so much guys I'm a lifetime customer !

Needed a screw replaced on a difficult pair of glasses so walked into the shop unannounced. Steve not only repaired the glasses after needing to search for a good while for the fit but is a great guy as well! Very hospitable and professional, thanks!

I'm here on vacation and my favorite sunglasses broke. I took them here to Affordable Optics and Steve fixed them quickly and didn't even charge me! Will definitely come back here and tell all of my friends! Steve is amazing!!
