New to the area, I had my annual comprehensive eye exam and consultation for a potential issue. The facility was clean and organized and the staff were super pleasant and helpful (especially Falicia)! Do not hesitate to use this practice for your eye care needs.

Horrible, the scheduling is the worst I have ever seen. They gave me an appointment for 11:00 am when I arrived to the office 30 people were waiting one was there since 8:30 and was not seen the doctor yet at the time which was 11:10, I did not waste my whole Saturday waiting to see Dr Logan as a result I left at 11:30 without seeing Dr Logan. The worst experience. They schedule 5 people for 11:00 and 8:30 was still waiting. I will take my complaint to my insurance company on Monday March 9,2026

Well I had the eye surgery last week to remove cataract in my left eye and he looked at it the day after and then today which is one week later seems to be healing fine there's no pain to speak of and it was real blurry the first couple days after that it's unblowering itself which is good he said give it another week or two and I should have pretty good vision by then. So I got to start prepping myself to get the right eye done next. I recommend Dr Murphy very much he's very attentive caring and extremely professional. His staff also are very nice and easy to deal with I really appreciate their patience and I'm sure you will also find them to be very nice.

I really liked Dr. Murphy. The assistants that worked in the office were efficient. When I first walked in the office I felt discouraged there were so many people in the lobby. But the team worked together so well that I was not waiting very long at all. Dr. Murphy was knowledgeable about my rare situation and was the first Doctor to be able to shed some light on the situation. My first time in the office was a good experience. I'm grateful.

Dr. Murphy was kind and professional and has earned my trust. I look forward to my next appointment with him.

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The tech Britney made me feel relaxed during the myriad of eye tests and eye drops. Then Dr.Forest was awesome and gave an honest assessment of my eye health and didn't pressure me into having cataract surgery so soon. It's a great facility and look forward to remaining a loyal patient with this practice. TOP NOTCH STAFF and DOCTORS!!

Appointment at 3:30, they bring you in, spend 2 minutes with you then send you back to the waiting room. It's a rotating set of patients in a packed waiting room full of coughing sick people. After dilating your eyes it's supposed to be a 15 minute wait. It's currently 4:30, still waiting for the actual appointment. We should have been finished by 4pm at the latest. I've never seen this carousel of patients, with everyone waiting so long like this, at any other office. At my other optometrist office you're seen at your appointment time, if your eyes have to be dilated you wait 15 min and are promptly called back in. I can only hope we're out of here by 5pm. Edit, finally got called in at 4:45. Everyone in the waiting room looks dead inside they've been waiting so long. One guy brought a book and was waiting so long he finished it. This is so unprofessional to wait over 75 minutes for 10 minutes of service when you have an appointment. This is "first come first serve" waiting time, not appointment waiting time.
