I was visiting the area and was having persistent eye pain and blurred vision which became very worrisome. I called and the staff told me I could be seen right away if I came within the hour. That's exactly what happened and the optimist (Nguyen) was extremely professional while being personable and reassuring ! She did a thorough exam and fortunately I was only suffering with extreme dry eyes due to our hiking in the desert. From the front office staff to check out everyone was welcoming and efficient. They sent my office notes to my home eye clinic and provided guidance on how to take care of my condition. I'm extremely grateful for their expert service and willingness to see me literally within the hour!

Not sure what happened to this place. I had usually had great experience at the La Quinta location, today's experience was not so great. Staff was kind and attentive. But the Dr that saw me, not so much. She didn't want to answer my questions. She seemed so rushed. She didn't care to explain my new prescription, even when I asked about it. I wasn't able to position myself comfortablly on the chair for her to look into my eyes as they do. I told her, and she pretty much looked at me , like deal with it. I wanted to get out of there so fast, that when I asked the receptionist for my prescription, she hadn't finalized it.:(

I have an autistic brother that I was so worried about going on this appointment. The team at Desert Eye Association was absolutely amazing! Not only did they make him feel comfortable they also helped him pick out glasses and guided him through the whole procedure! They made him feel very comfortable. I'm so glad we chose this place. We will not go anywhere ele!! They are amazing. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!!!

You NEED to book your appointment here. Dr Kim and staff were the most wonderful! I loved my experience. Dr Kim explained everything well, even drew pictures so I could better understand my condition. She has great charisma and took a very long time with me. All other staff were also super nice and attentive.
