This review is for the great optometry practice sharing space with the beautiful, very well-kept LensCrafters showroom at Desert Crossing. I was greeted right away by friendly professionals and the young man who checked me in and conducted the first portion of my vision exam and was wonderful. The doctor did a great job, adjusted my prescription, and answered all of my questions. This office and location gets 5 stars for ambiance, professionalism, great bedside manner from everyone all around, great selection of frames... oh, and it's EXTREMELY easy to book your exam online! Thanks!

Everyone were very kind and helpful! The tech who did the preliminary tests, before seeing the optimistic, did not seem confident in her job and how to use the equipment! She failed to record the results of one test I had done and had to return to her to have the test redone! Maybe she was new at the job and will improve over time!
I was impressed with the large inventory of frames to choose from! My cost for my glasses was much more than I expected; even after my insurance coverage!
