Walmart Vision & Glasses

My glasses broke today, and I may have to wait a few days for a new frame. I am already mentally prepared. I came to this Walmart Vision center, and Eduardo, the manager here, saw my broken glasses. I went to the maintenance room to help me repair my glasses. My glasses were repaired in about 15 minutes. This really made me not expect that Eduardo could repair the glasses. What I admire even more is that his service attitude is very patient, enthusiastic, polite, careful and serious. This is the first time I have come across a super good service in the United States. Amazing experience! Eduardo Yariela made my week with his cheerful expertise and confidence. I only realized Walmart offered a repair and fitting service from these Google reviews. I walked in with two pair of designer sunglasses purchased elsewhere and fingers crossed that the reviews were accurate. One pair brand new, purchased online, sitting in the case since last summer because they were always crooked - adjusted perfectly in minutes. The others fell victim to an upended pool chaise with frames mangled and a lens half out. Fixed like new! They took a lot of patience, but he never said No or gave up or acted imposed upon. I could not have been more surprised or pleased! He only asked if I would write a review and I would have done so anyway. He also had great suggestions about sunglasses for my husband, and the selection and prices of frames looked too compelling not to go back. He also said they could take existing frames and change the lenses for a new prescription - written anywhere. He was so pleasant and positive to work with I'm almost hoping another pair needs adjusting! He will put a smile on my face every time I wear my much-loved and reborn sunglasses! Thank you!

Eduardo greeted me in a pleasant and professional way when I came in to see if he could fix my glasses. He was cheerful and went above and beyond to help me. The place is clean and organized! This is definitely my forever vision center!

Had a great experience getting new prescription lenses for my frames. Leticia did an amazing job of making sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend getting the Nikon lenses. Nikon has the best optics and the Walmart price was about half the cost of other companies.

Yariela was awesome! She demonstrated her best sunglasses for my prescription. Many choices to select for regular glasses & sunglasses to select from . Some of the name brands are Ray, Coach, Oakley & more ! Great service and got my glasses super fast .

Viviene was so helpful and knowledgeable she made everything quick and simple when it came to my repair she managed get me the frames I wanted ,she's that sigh of relief you get when you see an empty mail box instead of bills.
