I had a fantastic experience at Cambridge optometry! Dr. Benjamin was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every part of the eye exam in detail, making me feel comfortable and informed. The office staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helped me pick out the perfect pair of frames. The equipment they used felt state-of-the-art. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional eye doctor.

My daughter had sudden strong myopia only in one eye. The team at Cambridge examined her thoroughly, connected us with an opthalmologist, and built a plan to stabilize her vision. I appreciate that her unique case got input from all the doctors at Cambridge, and with their support, their plan has worked. In the past year, that myopia has actually reduced as she's grown.

The care and attention I receive from Dr. Ben and the team at Cambridge Optometry are top-notch. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they always make me feel at ease from the eye exam to picking out glasses. Highly recommend for anyone in need of quality eye care!

I've been to a few optometrists during my life, and Dr. Ben is hands-down the best of all. He is, most importantly, very capable and professional, and those capabilities are enhanced by his kindness, caring, and thoughtfulness. The outcome of every visit has been great, and I have left with no questions or doubts about my care. The office is well-equipped, and every member of their team is professional, respectful and eager to help.

I love the eye doctor(s) I've seen here (five stars!) but the loss of two stars is for the ppl who adjust frames. I pick out frames that feel and look good, then they come back from getting the prescription lenses put in and they can't adjust them back to feeling comfortable - or even staying on my face. These glasses have been bothering me for months. Came back in to see if they could do anything before posting this review and again the frame adjustment lady was snippy then said I just picked the wrong frames. But they felt great before or I wouldn't have chosen them! So perfect place to go for a prescription and contacts but maybe get your frames elsewhere.

I was very satisfied with the Doctor, the eye exam, and the prescription. Eye exam was very thorough and detailed, nothing to complain. I would be very happy to recommend to anyone. However, I was unsatisfied with the glass ordering service. I ordered two pairs of glasses - one regular, one computer glasses. My glasses have very high power, so when ordering it, I asked for high index thinnest lenses. 2 weeks after ordering, I came pick them up; the lense were just so much thicker than my current glasses, the sales kept telling me that is because my current glasses has thicker frames and hided my lenses, but that's not the case. Finally she told me that it's not the high-index one, and I can re-order to get the high-index. And then it took a couple additional weeks to get the right ones. Feels Spent a lot of time on this..

I found Cambridge through my insurance and didn't have any specific expectations, but they are really great! I met with Dr. Snider, who was very patient, excellent at answering my questions, and his passion for what he does was totally evident. He also made sure that I understood I could/should come back to him for medical issues with my eyes. Excellent medical practitioner and seems like a really nice person.

This place is amazing! The best overall optometry experience I've ever had, and I've been going to optometrists since kindergarten. Dr. Gigi Hsaio provided the most thorough eye exam of my life. She spent a lot of time understanding my long term eye health, my more recent concerns, and inspecting my eyes. She was very patient as we updated my prescriptions and allowed me to go home with trial contact lenses to update the brand and exact contact lens type. I'm really happy with my updated prescription and she fixed the issues I was having with eye fatigue due to an old prescription that just wasn't working for me. The overall staff has also been very kind, generous, and helpful. They answered a bunch of my questions as I picked out a new frame. They even checked the lens placement for a pair of Warby Parker glasses I had, and found out the lens placement was incorrect.
