made a last minute appointment through a cancellation for the next day. had issues with my insurance and my own forgetting which eye was which prescription but they were so patient and helped me out. i left with a few days worth of contacts to try out and a new sense of pride in my ability to discern my eyesight being different. the staff were so wonderful and i would absolutely recommend coming here for an eye exam, and will be coming back in the future!

I can highly recommend this place. I had frames that were complicated to add lenses in and after other optometrists had stated that they are not able to solve this, I finally came across this place where I was met with a very constructive attitude that this can be done and it was done perfectly. I also bought sunglasses there and I had never found a new pair that fast - their selection of frames is great and the customer service and ability to pick something that suited me well was awesome.

I am on a visit to Palo Alto and had one of the arm of my reading glasses gave away. One of the executive at the place I was staying, referred me to this place. I had a fabulous experience. Customer executive Genesis was super helpful and found out the required screw in their stores and have me back the functioning glasses in a jiffy. May the tribe of Genesis continue to grow and "For Eyes" would remain customers choice.

The entire office staff was wonderful, and scheduling my appointment over the phone was quick and easy. The clinic itself is in a great spot in Palo Alto, with 3-hour free parking just steps away and lots of great lunch spots nearby. Highly recommend Dr. Lam and her team for anyone dealing with dry eye issues--you'll be in great hands!

Very friendly and helpful staff! I brought in my Lindberg glasses because the silicone sleeves on the temple arms were broken. They kindly replaced them for free and even adjusted the fit of my glasses. Really appreciate the excellent service--highly recommended!
