I always shop at Warby Parker because they are a completely independent retailer and not connected in any way with the massive scam corporation called Luxottica which owns all of the other retail eyeglass stores such as LensCrafters, Site for Sore Eyes and others. We got lenses and frames for single vision for $95 plus tax. Cheaper than Costco and Kaiser. I highly recommend Warby Parker. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the stores even have eye exams for $95. Cheaper than Costco and Kaiser.

I stopped by Warby Parker in Palo Alto today to get my eye glasses adjusted. Sergio did a lovely job, and patiently kept adjusting the glasses until they were no longer too tight or bothering me.
I appreciate Warby Parker having numerous locations in the Bay Area, where the glasses mailed from the factory can be adjusted so that they fit just right and are comfortable!

I had a very disappointing experience at the LensCrafters store in Palo Alto. The customer service, especially from the employee Angelica Romero, was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Instead of assisting me in resolving an issue with eyeglass frames that clearly had a defect, she did everything possible to shift the blame onto me, the customer.
I expected professional service and support, but instead I was treated with disregard and made to feel responsible for a problem that was not my fault. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable for a store that represents such a well-known brand. I do not recommend this location to anyone who values respectful treatment and accountability.
