I randomly walked in to see if someone could straighten my eyeglasses as I inadvertently slept on them and bent the hinge. I actually purchased my eyeglasses in another country and was on holidays in the Bay Area at the time. Robert proceeded to fix my eyeglasses and when I asked to know how much, he said there was no charge for visitors. What a gentleman Robert is. There is a super vibe in this optometrist with cool music playing in the background and lots of old school music pictures and ornaments on the walls. I highly recommend Robert!

Bought a new pair of frames + lenses from Robert about 6 months ago. I thought the price was steep at the time, but after 6 months, I have to admit these are the best glasses I've ever owned. I've switched from being contacts first to glasses first because of them. Robert even repaired them for free when I popped the right lens out recently! Highly recommend Palo Alto Eyeworks!

Highly recommended for anyone needing new glasses. I'm a very grateful out-of-town visitor. One of my lenses had popped out, and my efforts to reinstall it had come to naught. Robert, the owner of Palo Alto Eyeworks, was welcoming and gracious. He reinstalled the lens, showed me how to do it myself in the future, and gave me a small tool for that purpose, all at no charge.

Robert at Palo Alto Eyeworks performed a miracle on my sunglasses after I sat on them. First, I went to my optometrist in Palo Alto to try to have them fix my sunglasses. They were unable to fix them and referred me to Palo Alto Eye Works. Robert was kind enough to fix them immediately even though his office was about to close. The miracle is that he made my sunglasses fit like never before. They now fit properly on my face. I highly recommend Robert. He is incredibly talented.
